• Duties
• Perform thorough cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• Sanitize high-touch areas and surfaces
• Moves with a sense of urgency to complete cleans on time and to standard
• Clean and maintain all rooms, including kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
• Launder bedding and towels
• Manage cleaning supplies and restock as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to all residents and visitors
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Experience
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field not required but preferred
• Willingness to accept critical feedback about job performance.
