Qualified applicants will have a bachelors degree in social work or comparable human service degree or a minimum of 5 years experience as either a Developmental Disabilities Professional (DDP) or Community Integration Skills Trainer (CIST). Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid drivers license, reliable transportation and current car insurance as well as be able to pass a criminal back ground check. Professional Manager will be responsible for the direct oversight of both direct care staff as well as individuals with developmental disabilities living in ISL or in the natural home and receiving personal assistance services. This is a demanding position but, very rewarding and enjoyable for the right person. Duties include but, are not limited to reviewing all documentation of direct care staff, monitoring services provided in the home, writing comprehensive monthly reports, assisting with the development of annual plans and budgets, assisting with scheduling of direct care and being ON CALL. Qualified individuals will be able to read and write and follow directions. Must have basic knowledge of computers and be able to navigate Microsoft Office. Salary commiserate on degree and experience.
