Position Overview As a Mover , you'll be an essential part of our moving crew, helping load, unload, and protect customers' belongings during residential and commercial moves. You'll work closely with Drivers and Leads to ensure each job is completed efficiently, safely, and professionally. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, physically capable, and takes pride in being part of a team that delivers a smooth, stress-free experience for customers. What You'll Be Doing Loading, unloading, wrapping, and protecting furniture and household items Handling customer belongings with care and attention to detail Working alongside Drivers and Leads to complete moves efficiently Following company procedures for packing, loading, and job preparation Communicating professionally and respectfully with customers Representing Making Moves PA with professionalism and care What We're Looking For Ability to perform physical labor safely and consistently Reliable and punctual with the ability to meet early start times Reliable transportation is required (driver's license not required) Comfortable with a non-set, flexible schedule, including weekdays and weekends Strong work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to work as part of a team Moving experience preferred but not required General labor, delivery, warehouse, or similar physical work is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay, $20-$30 per hour, based on experience Paid weekly Performance-based monthly bonuses Part-time and full-time hours available based on availability and workload Flexible scheduling with consistent opportunities for work Long-term, stable employment with a growing company Supportive, professional team environment How to Apply & Next Steps Apply directly through Indeed.
