Adobe Acrobat Full Job Description Description:
The Program Analyst I provides entry-level program support through data tracking, reporting, and administrative analysis to support mission and operational objectives. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain data accuracy, and produce routine reports within defined deadlines. The Program Analyst I collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners while ensuring compliance with security, quality, and professional standards. Key Responsibilities Use Microsoft Office/365 applications to complete daily program and administrative tasks with accuracy and within established deadlines. Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and program documentation using Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat Pro, including: Tracking datasets (e.g., metrics, deliverables, timelines) Updating reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence Perform basic data analysis in Excel, including: Sorting, filtering, and validating datasets Using formulas (e.g., SUM, COUNT, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) to support reporting Enter and maintain program data in tracking systems with minimal error rates and consistent formatting standards. Draft and respond to professional email communications. Coordinate and manage 2-5 concurrent tasks or assignments, reprioritizing based on changing program needs. Maintain secure handling of sensitive or controlled information in accordance with company and federal security policies. Provide customer-service-oriented support to internal teams and external stakeholders, responding to requests in a timely and professional manner. Ensure full compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and security requirements.
Requirements:
At minimum, all contractor employees shall meet the following requirements: United States citizenship. Associate's Degree or higher At least 1 year of administrative, program support, or data tracking experience Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines Creating spreadsheets and use basic formulas to sort and organize data Editing, merging files, or formatting documents using Adobe Acrobat Maintaining or updating tracking log, dashboards, or performance reports Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Security Clearance Preferred Skills and Competencies Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Familiarity with data quality control processes (e.g., validation checks, error identification) Ability to learn program processes, systems, and reporting requirements quickly. Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
