Job Description
Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Program Coordinator is responsible for the functions of the grant programs as assigned by the Executive Director. Works within the parameters of eligibility guidelines to ensure proper registration and recertification of eligible recipients. Oversees inventory control for grant programs. Prepares and submits required reports, and attends required meetings; ensures program is running within budget. Must have the physical ability to lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment. Required to have computer skills for data entry. Must possess a valid driver's license, current proof of insurance and a reliable vehicle. High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum of one-year background training and/or experience in the field related to human services. Must be willing to learn Federal rules and regulations.. Attendance is an essential function of the job, especially on the first Wednesday of each month for distribution.
