  • Full-time Who We Are Countryside Lodge of Harrison is a CSSP operating a 16-bed therapeutic community.
Countryside Lodge of Harrison mission is to empower individuals with disabilities to live meaningful, self-directed lives in a supportive, respectful, and inclusive environment. Countryside Lodge of Harrison is committed to providing high-quality services that promote independence, personal growth, and community engagement. This leadership role combines therapeutic counseling, staff supervision, and daily program coordination in a structured, trauma-informed residential setting serving adults with behavioral health needs. Responsibilities Provide individual and group counseling services Coordinate daily therapeutic programming Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Assist with admissions, discharges, and treatment planning Monitor client progress and behavioral stability Support crisis intervention and de-escalation efforts Ensure documentation and program compliance standards are maintained Collaborate with nursing, providers, PASSE care coordinators, and multidisciplinary team members Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work or related behavioral health field Active Arkansas PLMSW, LMSW, LPC-A, or equivalent license Experience in behavioral health, residential services, or community mental health Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work within a fast-paced therapeutic environment What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Clinical supervision opportunities Leadership growth potential Supportive team environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives
