is seeking a Program Director to oversee and manage all aspects of our Residential Program for adolescent males in our Baxter, Minnesota group home.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for the management of the facility (group home) and direct care staff ensuring residents are cared for and all requirements of licensure (Department of Corrections, Rule 2960) is complied with. Responsible for case management of resident files providing various documentation including, but not limited to, staffing reports, financial records, med sheets, daily charting, and intake/discharge documents. Responsible for ensuring necessary staffing for facility. Responsible for active communication and collaboration with the resident's treatment team including the placing agents, family, and mental health staff. Responsible at certain times for supervision of residents. Responsible for making critical decisions regarding programming, staffing, and residents.

Working Hours :

This position is full-time (40+ hours/week), in person, requiring a schedule of primarily daytime hours Monday

• Friday.

Evening and weekend availability to direct care staff may be needed.

Qualifications:

Must be well organized with the ability to multi-task and build positive relationships with placing agents, families, residents, and others within the Village Ranch Continuum of Service. Must be able to manage staff and training required to perform their duties.

Education and Experience :

Bachelor's degree in social work or criminal justice preferred, and/or 2 years' experience in residential services. Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a Background Study, as required by the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
