Within the Diagnostic Imaging service line, the Program Director of Diagnostic Imaging School will champion a high-performing Radiology department that integrates cross-sectional imaging, interventional capabilities, and subspecialty expertise across inpatient and outpatient settings; this Diagnostic Imaging environment emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration with pharmacy, case management, PT/OT, and social work, and is strengthened by the organization's unique ability to combine the compassionate, hands-on care of an independent community hospital with world-class, university-level medical treatments, positioning the Program Director of Diagnostic Imaging School to build a best-in-class academic experience.

The Program Director of Diagnostic Imaging Education will report to senior Imaging leadership in close partnership with Academic Affairs, leading faculty recruitment and development, curriculum design, clinical affiliate alignment, outcomes tracking, and continuous quality improvement while stewarding accreditation standards (e.g., JRCERT or equivalent); supported by friendly nurses, expert technologists, and a diverse healthcare professional team, the Program Director of Diagnostic Imaging Education will mentor students and instructors, optimize rotations and simulation, streamline EHR-enabled workflows, drive evidence-based practice, and contribute to shared governance and committee work that lifts both education and patient care.
