MAG Aerospace is seeking a resourceful Trans-Regional Assessment Program Evaluator Task Lead d who shall lead a team to provide OIE assessment support to global PSYOP and OIE customers.

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Duties include, but not limited to: + The Trans-Regional Assessment Program Evaluator Task Lead will provide management, direction,administration, quality assurance and leadership.
+ The Trans-Regional Assessment Program Evaluator Task Lead will provide systematic social science activity for collecting and analyzing data on the effectiveness of PSYOP series and OIE to assist in Command and operational decision-making. + The Trans-Regional Assessment Program Evaluator Task Lead will liaise with global operational units and will use expert judgement to strike the most productive balance between scientific rigor and practical application.

  • Knowledge and Skills
  • The required skills and knowledge include: + A minimum of three years' experience (within the last seven years) in a program evaluation role, assessing the impact of interventions.
+ A minimum of three years' experience working PSYOP or directly supporting projects that require working knowledge of J39 operations, issuances, and policies. + A minimum of three years' experience (within the last seven years) in a program evaluation role that specifically did the following: assessed the impact of communication/messaging interventions on attitude and behavior change. + Possess the appropriate education and certifications (e.g., coursework, certifications) or hands-on experience using statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS, SAS) for applied data analysis and reporting. Specific tasks might include implementing regression models, calculating descriptive/inferential statistics, and interpreting complex datasets. + A minimum of two years' experience applying field research techniques, specifically having a working knowledge of quasi-experimental research and applied econometric techniques. Proven ability to apply quasi-experimental research designs and econometric techniques, referencing examples such as conducting or managing difference-in-differences analysis. + A minimum of one year' experience in working with AI tools, specifically in NLP. This includes knowledge of sentiment analysis, entity recognition, categorization, or similar NLP functionalities.

  • + Possess a TS clearance with eligibility for SCI and maintain the level of clearance to access facility.

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $94500 to $175500 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
