Job Summary Calling teachers, substitutes, childcare workers, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Program Guide for our summer enrichment program. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in educating and engaging participants through various activities designed to enhance their learning experience. This position requires strong integrity, leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive environment for all participants. Responsibilities Facilitate educational activities and workshops that promote learning and personal growth. Lead group discussions and encourage participation among students. Implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of diverse learners. Provide guidance and support to participants, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding program activities and participant progress. Manage time efficiently to ensure all scheduled activities are completed within the program timeframe. Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall program experience. Skills Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate participants effectively. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus! Exceptional time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently. Proven customer service skills to address participant needs and concerns professionally. Ability to educate others in a clear, engaging manner while adapting to different learning styles. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
