Program Manager

Description We are seeking an experienced program manager to lead the execution of complex automotive automation projects. This individual will be responsible for managing full lifecycle programs involving robotic cells, automated assembly lines, and body-in-white tooling, ensuring alignment with Customer standards, processes, and timing requirements. The ideal candidate brings a strong background working directly with GM as a customer, with a clear understanding of their program structure, launch cadence, and engineering/change management expectations. Lead end-to-end program execution for automation systems and manufacturing lines, from kickoff through installation and launch Serve as the primary point of contact for Customer program teams, maintaining strong customer communication and alignment Manage program timing, budgets, scope, and risk, ensuring all deliverables meet customer standards. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including: Mechanical engineering Controls engineering Build/shop operations Installation and launch teams Ensure compliance with GM standards, specifications, and approval processes (e.g., design reviews, buyoffs, change management) Lead regular program reviews internally and with Customer stakeholders Manage engineering changes, open issues, and escalation paths throughout the program lifecycle Support onsite activities during equipment run-off, installation, and launch at customer facilities as needed. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00
