Job Description

Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead and oversee projects at the program. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to be a forward thinker. Program managers are responsible for the administration, supervision and evaluation of comprehensive and integrated services of the Program. This position must have a deep abiding respect for personal rights, dignity and personhood of each client. The program manager must also demonstrate utmost discretion in management of confidential/private information and must be aware of HIPPA and Titles 22&17. Duties Supervises/oversees day-to-day functioning of Program, staff, clients and task- daily schedule, including staff client & class assignments. Oversees implementation of overall program curriculum and therapeutic designs. Guides employees toward innovative program activities, materials and equipment. Testing/documenting client progress. Conducts staff meetings and trainings Conducts thorough orientation with new staff Keeps clients files orderly, complete and up to date. Ensures program site is safe and assist in completing fire drills Prepares/reviews, edits, Special Incident Reports (SIR's) in collaboration with the Executive Director. Conducts Individualized Personal Plan Meetings (IPP's) and works closely with Regional Center Service Coordinators. Keep accurate records of staff hours, attendance use of PTO, overtime. Communicates Disciplinary concerns to Executive DIrector in timely manner. Submits bi-weekly employees time sheets to Executive DIrector. Ensures that Direct Support Professionals receives appropriate training for their position. Skills Masters preferred, however Bachelors degree in Social work or related field will also be considered. Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA's) are also preferred. Minimum of two years supervisory experience is desired. Ability to remain calm and exercise sound judgment in an emergency. Administrative skills including the ability to recruit, select, train and supervise personnel. Computer literacy (especially Microsoft Office Suite); excellent verbal and written skills. Executive capacity for decision making and implementation of policy. Experience working with clients with developmental disabilities.

From $30.00 per hour
