You will:
Lead the execution of cross-functional programs and initiatives, partnering closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and other stakeholders, including Operations, Compliance, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Sales Support program planning and definition by determining program goals, scope, workstreams, and success metrics in partnership with functional leaders Participate in and help drive discovery activities to understand business needs, constraints, and dependencies, translating findings into clear plans, milestones, deliverables, and timelines Coordinate work across multiple teams, tracking dependencies, risks, and progress to keep initiatives moving forward Facilitate program operating rhythms such as working sessions, check-ins, milestone reviews, and retrospectives Develop, maintain, and own core program artifacts, including project plans, status updates, documentation, calendars, and risk logs Communicate progress, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership with clarity and consistency Identify, document, and escalate risks, blockers, and trade-offs in a timely manner, proposing options and recommendations when possible Support incident and escalation management by organizing response workflows, maintaining visibility into status and risks, and ensuring timely communication and follow-up across stakeholders Collect, track, and analyze data to inform decisions, measure progress, and surface insights Support change management and rollout efforts, including coordination of enablement, documentation, and internal communications as needed Engage with external vendors and partners to coordinate timelines, track deliverables, and support execution, in partnership with internal stakeholders and vendor managers Contribute to the evolution of program management practices, templates, and operating norms across the Technology organization Perform other related duties as assigned How You Will Do Your Work As a Program Manager, how results are achieved is paramount for your success and ultimately results in our success as an organization. Qualifications 3-5+ years of project or program management, strategy, or operations experience in a cross-functional environment (working across teams like Product, Design, Engineering, Strategy, and GTM) Strong business acumen, including an understanding of tech/SaaS companies Ability to learn about Justworks' product, organizational structure, and other domains quickly Demonstrated ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes across cross-functional initiatives, balancing competing priorities, dependencies, and timelines Demonstrated ability to build trust and collaborate productively with a wide range of partners and perspectives Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and engage stakeholders at varying levels Analytical mindset, with comfort using data to inform decisions and track progress, including experience with data tools/language such as SQL, Tableau, and Excel Creative problem-solver with a passion for making complex things simple(r) The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $127,000- $139,700 per year.
