Description:
Current Top Secret prior to start and ability to obtain SCI access and Polygraph. Lockheed Martin Space (LMS) offers growing opportunities to work programs focused on the protection of our nation and allies from a multitude of threats. Our exciting programs are dynamic in nature and demonstrate our ability to provide our customers with cutting edge technology solutions to 21st century threats. LM Space, Valley Forge Advanced Programs team is seeking a Program Security Representative (PSR)/Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to perform a variety of SCI security related duties and ensure the coordination of SCI security practices and procedures.
The successful candidate will:
  • Develop, administer, and audit security programs to ensure compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and export-controlled data.
  • Support contractual security requirements for SCI Programs and implement federal security regulations as set forth in SCI security rules (ICD) as well U.S. government customer-specific security manuals.
  • Work closely with U.S. Government customers to provide contract support to include: Program Access Requests/Requests for Access, SCI nominations, classified meeting support, program management support, indoctrinations, debriefings, security incident investigations, access control, visitor control, and classification management utilizing ICDs and customer-specific guidelines.
  • Create presentations, provide Security Education and Awareness training, and develop procedures.
  • Perform individual and team roles to support classified programs, including access control, visitor control, indoctrinations, debriefings, security incident investigations, and classification management utilizing ICDs and customer-specific guidelines.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Current Top Secret prior to start and ability to obtain SCI access and Polygraph.
  • Knowledge of Industrial Security.
  • Familiarity with ICD manuals and directives.
Desired Skills:
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Working knowledge of Operational Security (OPSEC), Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and Counterintelligence
  • Knowledge of various security databases such as DISS, NISS, Scattered Castles, etc.
  • Experience with government inspection preparation, classified destruction requirements, customer service, ICD 705 requirements, coordination of classified visits.
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders/customers
  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
