at State of Vermont in Waterbury, Vermont, United States Job Description Overview The Vermont Department of Health, Division ou Substance Use Program is seeking an individual to support grant management, subrecipient monitoring, invoice reconciliation and Division operations. This role focuses on financial reconciliation, grant compliance, and audit readiness, as well as overall Division operations. The Program Technician will collaborate with community grantees, grant managers and the general public to ensure federal and state grant management regulation compliance. Environmental Factors Duties are performed predominately in an office setting. Private means of travel should be available for occasional travel when appropriate. Incumbents must be adaptable and able to work within tight time limits and under considerable stress. Some evening and weekend duty may be necessary.
