Project Assistant

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Project Assistant to support a 2-3 day contract assignment in Dutchess County, New York. This role is well suited for someone who communicates confidently, presents a detail-oriented image, and enjoys providing a positive experience for others. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and prepared to travel locally to complete assigned work while maintaining clear updates throughout the project. This is a Contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Capture and share project-related images promptly through text messaging and cloud-based file sharing tools such as Dropbox.
• Represent the project effectively by arriving in clean, appropriate attire that reflects a client-facing environment.
• Travel to assigned locations using dependable personal transportation to ensure all scheduled work is completed as planned.
• Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders through both written updates and verbal interactions.
• Deliver courteous, patient, and positive support while interacting with clients, partners, or members of the public.
• Provide responsive customer service and help maintain a smooth experience throughout the duration of the project.
