Project Coordinator

This Opportunity WSP is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Project Controls team. This individual must be within commuting distance of an office based in Columbus, NE. Your Impact Roles & Responsibilities Working closely with the Client and Project Manager, assisting in the development and ongoing activities of project planning through project implementation. Providing high-level coordination support to the client Communicating relevant project information to the team Scheduling and attending project meetings (internal or with client) Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings Other administrative tasks as assigned

Who You Are Required Education/Experience:

High School diploma 5 years of project support/administrative experience Experience supporting a high volume of projects Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills Strong attention to detail and a good communicator Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry-related experience Experience with MS Project, MS Visio, Oracle, and SAP #LI-TH1
