Full-time Construction Site Coordinator Responsibilities Visit job sites daily to take photos, report and document site progress Maintain organized project records and site documentation Schedule and follow up on city inspections Assist superintendents with project coordination Communicate with construction crews and subcontractors Perform other duties assigned by management Qualifications Fluent in English (required) Chinese or Spanish speaking is a plus Construction-related background preferred (work experience or educational background) Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills Detail-oriented, patient, hardworking, and responsible Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable traveling between job sites regularly Valid driver's license and legal work authorization required Compensation & Benefits Compensation based on experience Growth and advancement opportunities available Supportive team-oriented work environment
