Back To Results Project Coordinator Job Description Project Coordinator-Corporate Office (Construction) The Coordinator will work directly with the Business Development team in one of our divisions.
Duties will include the following:
Scheduling and coordination for large national and regional builders. Communicating with builder superintendents Downloading PO's Processing paperwork for installation Ordering materials for the jobs Inputting the data into work orders. Filing claims for manufacturing defects Assisting A/R with the application of payment, invoicing, and check reconciliation.
