Project Coordinator / Project Manager

No physical labor or construction work is required. Responsibilities Coordinate residential construction projects from start to finish Manage schedules, subcontractors, material deliveries, and timelines Communicate with homeowners throughout the project Conduct job site visits and quality control checks Problem solve and keep projects progressing efficiently Work closely with office staff, crews, vendors, and ownership Utilize project management software, email, and Google Workspace tools daily Qualifications 3-5 years of construction production/project management experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Technology friendly and able to confidently use: Google Workspace Email communication Construction/project management CRM systems Residential production experience strongly preferred Experience with custom luxury projects is not required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Starting salary: $90,000+ based on experience Performance bonuses Car allowance Gas card Flexible scheduling Supportive small-team environment Opportunity for long-term growth with a rapidly growing company If you're looking for a company where your experience is valued, communication is straightforward, and work/life balance actually matters, we'd love to talk.
