About the Role We are a growing residential design and remodeling company known for delivering high-quality craftsmanship and a "5 Star" client experience. We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Project Development Advisor with a roofing focus to join our Sales team. This is a field-based, client-facing sales role responsible for generating self-sourced leads and guiding homeowners through the full roofing sales and production process. From the first inspection to the final walkthrough, you will serve as a trusted advisor—building relationships, providing solutions, and delivering an exceptional client experience. This role offers flexibility in schedule but requires availability outside of standard business hours to meet client needs. Compensation & Benefits This role offers a base salary plus commission structure with strong earning potential. During the initial training period, team members receive a guaranteed base pay, with the opportunity to begin earning commissions right away. Following training, compensation transitions to a base salary plus performance-based commissions tied to closed projects, along with additional earning opportunities through self-generated referrals.

You Will Be Responsible For:
Generating self-sourced leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement Conducting roof inspections, client consultations, and project assessments Creating and presenting proposals, scopes of work, and project overviews Educating clients on roofing systems, materials, warranties, and insurance claims Managing the full client lifecycle from first contact to final walkthrough Building strong relationships through consistent communication and follow-up Navigating objections and developing client-focused solutions to close sales Collecting payments and resolving payment-related concerns promptly Maintaining accurate client and deal data in CRM systems (HubSpot, Chorus.ai) Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, design, production, and finance) Executing company sales processes and marketing strategies Staying current on roofing materials, pricing, and local code requirements Preparing and executing daily sales plans Attending required meetings and ongoing training sessions You're a

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of sales experience required (roofing or construction sales preferred) Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office preferred Valid driver's license with a good driving record required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs safely Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally Ability to travel locally to job sites, appointments, and meetings Comfortable working in both field and remote environments Why Join Us?
