To be effective, you will need to possess these basic qualifications: Bachelor's degree in STEM field. 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or operations modeling. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, including process mapping. You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain aUS SECRET
clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Please note:

To be effective, ideally, you should also have: Master's Degree. Experience developing process flow diagrams and analyzing production systems Hands-on experience with discrete event simulation tools (e.g., Simio, Process Simulator, Arena, FlexSim) Experience working across multiple facilities or with external suppliers Familiarity with production planning, supply chain modeling, or capacity analysis Knowledge of statistical analysis and optimization techniques Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, or similar) Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment Ability to facilitate structured discussions and extract process knowledge from diverse teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Possess effective relationship-building skills with peers, leadership and stakeholders, Demonstrated exceptional strategic communication skills, both written, verbal, and presentation, to effectively communicate business cases to all levels of peers, and stakeholders, as well as program executives, with an ability to persuade and motivate action.PLEASE NOTE-Other important information:

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500- $150,765.

Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
