Project Foreman SCS Engineers USD $36.00 - USD $38.00 /Hr. parental leave, paid holidays, 401(k) United States, Florida, Orlando May 12, 2026 Project Foreman Location US-FL-Orlando Category Field Services and Construction Position Type Full Time Regular What we are looking for An operation, maintenance, and monitoring (OM&M) Project Foreman that has extensive knowledge of various OM&M environmental control systems. The role requires skills that are more advanced in troubleshooting environmental control systems. An OM&M Project Foreman displays leadership skills and may be appointed to lead a team of technicians. You will report directly to a more senior-level supervisor, such as a Project Superintendent or a Project Manager. This position is expected be in the field and in our Orlando office. How you can make an impact Proficient in understanding and complying with SCS policies and procedures. Participates in, prepares, and sometimes reviews daily Crew Activity Plans (CAP). Works interdependently and assigns tasks including monitoring, and/or adjustment of various environmental control system components to technicians. Keeps senior staff informed of workload progress. Performs complex maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of various environmental control system components. Maintains field logs received from technician staff who conduct field observations/actions. Prepares verbal and written client communications of field observations/actions. Utilize field instruments to measure required environmental control system data, including calibration and proper care and handling of field instruments. Performs environmental sampling using collection canisters and Tedlar bags and prepares chain of custody documents for shipment. Uploads laboratory report data into SCSeTools and consults with supervisor regarding field conditions and test results. Conducts reviews of collected data and provides wellfield monitoring and tuning guidance to Field Technicians I and II, and Senior Field Technicians based on the data review. Provide direction to Field Technicians I and II and Senior Field Technicians to perform operational adjustments to environmental control system components in conjunction with the results of preliminary data reviews. Utilize the appropriate tools, equipment, and materials to maintain and repair environmental control system components. Assists Laborers, Field Technician I, Field Technician II, Senior Field Technicians, or other staff with the removal and servicing of landfill liquid pumps. Preparation of client deliverables with senior staff review before final submittal to the client. Assists senior staff with obtaining cost estimates from vendors for use in and preparation of project proposals. Supervises and provides direction to vendors or subcontractors during projects. Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and stay up to date with industry best practices. Provides input regarding new and developing technologies from a field perspective. Participate in and complete required Health & Safety training. Qualifications 4-6 years of environmental control system OM&M experience is required. Current 40-Hour

Course, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 is preferred (training will be provided if not current). 8-Hour

Refresher Course, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 (e), (q)(8) Meet all physical requirements to complete essential duties and pass a human performance evaluation (HPE) Must have a valid driver's license and a driving record in good standing. Pay Range USD $36.00 - USD $38.00 /Hr.
