View More Jobs Project Handler II Brea, CA, United States Be the First to Apply Job Description Working with customers and assigned engineers, coordinate and schedule on site engineering evaluations to help regulatory authorities determine the compliance of a product, leading to "approval" of the installation.

Join our Energy and Industrial Automation Field Evaluation Team and make a difference! #LI-MB1 Responsibilities Communicates with clients, as directed. Schedules and assigns work for a field-based team of engineers. Uses system software for document management, correspondence, and file management. Coordinate and compile client deliverables Manage updates and dissemination of client documents, processes and related information in accordance with established governance and quality control principles Perform data and submission monitoring, tracking, scheduling, analysis etc. as requested by management Perform administrative maintenance and portal management for a variety of UL systems and databases as needed Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices Provides support to team members and assists with larger initiatives Adheres to project and program governance (controls) Helps to manage stakeholders' communication Performs other duties as directed Qualifications Ability to work with a sense of urgency Excellent communication skills Knowledge of computer tools & software (Flex, Sales Force, Notes) Strong organizational skills Strong project management Skills Ability to manage a large workload Four years' related work experience What we offer:

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career . The estimated salary range for this position is $45000 to $56,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
