The Role Supports the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction or production projects. This role assists Planning Management with coordination activities, on-site support, schedule tracking, documentation, and ensuring project requirements are followed. The position requires strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment with both office and field responsibilities. Must Have Bachelor's Degree in related field or completion of Bachelor's by August 31, 2026. Nice to Have Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Business, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills for interacting with project teams and field personnel. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address issues proactively.
