Job Description

Project Manager Reporting to the Manager of Projects and Engineering, the Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful execution of large, complex manufacturing projects and key accounts. This role manages multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with customer requirements. The Project Manager coordinates cross-functional teams and may supervise direct reports. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of projects from purchase order award through contract closeout, including scope, schedule, cost, revenue budgets, and forecasts. Prepare, submit, and track change orders. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle. Lead internal and customer meetings to monitor and control scope, schedule, and budgets. Provide regular project status reports to customers and internal stakeholders. Monitor and update cost forecasts and percentage-of-completion (POC) performance. Coordinate technical clarifications and interpretations as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and customer specifications. Oversee project documentation and deliverables. Interface with third-party inspectors and EPC firms when required. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support team collaboration. Conduct project closeout and financial review meetings. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Microsoft Project experience preferred. PMP certification preferred. Experience with Navitas ERP and POC accounting preferred. Experience leading small teams. Physical Requirements Primarily office-based with extended periods of sitting. Occasional bending, climbing, stooping, twisting, and reaching. Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds. May be required to work at heights up to 25 feet. Must comply with all OSHA regulations and wear required PPE when in the shop environment.
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
