This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee diverse projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. As a key driver of project success, you will utilize your expertise in construction management, scheduling, and technical software to streamline processes and foster collaboration among teams. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency across all phases of construction. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budgets, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid. Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives. Oversee project scheduling and progress tracking to meet deadlines while managing potential risks or delays proactively. Review blueprints, schematics, contracts, and construction documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Monitor on-site activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Manage procurement processes, including construction estimating and contract negotiations with vendors and subcontractors. Utilize technical tools like Civil 3D, ProCore, Bluebeam, and construction estimating software to facilitate efficient project execution. Skills Responsible for day-to-day operations of structure inspections and preparing detailed reports
