None Required. The Opportunity You will serve as a foundational leader for a high-growth restoration startup, overseeing diverse projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. This role offers the unique chance to shape the operational standards of a new office while managing the full lifecycle of complex property recovery. How You Will Make an Impact Execute detailed project estimates using Xactimate to ensure accurate scoping and budget alignment. Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors to maintain strict project timelines and quality standards. Administer comprehensive restoration plans for residential, commercial, and government facilities. Direct daily field operations to ensure all work meets safety protocols and industry-specific regulations. Monitor project profitability and resource allocation to maximize results for the East Essex branch. Facilitate clear communication between property owners, insurance adjusters, and internal production teams. Required Qualifications & Experience Demonstrated proficiency in Xactimate estimating software for restoration or construction projects. Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in restoration or project management. Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment. Absolute willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to various project sites. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Completion of a trade program or a technical certification in a relevant construction field. Advanced knowledge of IICRC standards and restoration industry best practices. Previous experience in a startup environment or building new operational workflows is a plus.
