Project Manager Missoula, MT A locally owned general contractor based in the Missoula area, specializing in high-quality custom homes and residential projects, is hiring a Project Manager. The company supports a variety of projects throughout the region, with a focus on quality craftsmanship, efficient project delivery, and dependable service. We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential building projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, can manage multiple projects, and communicates effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Starting Wage:

$80K to $90K, depending on experience

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday through Friday (some flexibility based on project needs) Work alongside ownership with direct input on projects and decisions Paid time off and holidays

Essential Functions and Duties:

Manage all phases of residential construction projects from start to finish Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project schedules Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress Communicate with clients and review plans, specifications, and contracts Track costs, approve invoices, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Qualifications:
