Your Impact As a Project Manager, you will own the end-to-end execution of mission-critical construction projects. Your work ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to contract, directly supporting customer trust, operational excellence, and profitable growth. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Own projects from engineering handoff through closeout, including scope, schedule, budget, and execution Develop and manage comprehensive project plans covering timelines, resources, costs, and risk mitigation Partner closely with Engineering, Solutions, Sales, Pre-Construction, Finance, and Field Operations to ensure contract-aligned delivery Lead and coordinate internal trade teams, subcontractors, vendors, and external partners Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, permits, change orders, and closeout deliverables Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, revenue tracking, and labor planning Build and maintain project schedules with clear milestones and accountability Track project performance and proactively escalate risks, delays, or cost impacts Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and external stakeholders, managing expectations through clear communication Enforce quality, safety, and regulatory standards in partnership with the Safety team Travel to job sites as needed, including kickoff and closeout meetings, up to 50 percent Qualifications 10+ years of experience in construction, project management, or a general contractor environment Electrical Contracts Strong working knowledge of project management tools and systems such as Procore, ACC, Epicor, Microsoft Project, or similar Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and scopes of work Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, change orders, and project forecasts Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities Experience with data center, electrical, low voltage, or mission-critical infrastructure is a plus PMP certification is a plus Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based bonus Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan with company match Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Collaborative, high-energy workplace Our Core Values Safety

Work occurs in construction and data center environments with potential exposure to electrical hazards, noise, and varying temperatures. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, may be required. Physical requirements include bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, climbing, kneeling, balancing, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead. Must lift at least 50 lbs, raise arms above shoulder level, and perform overhead work for extended periods. Ability to climb and carry ladders up to 12 ft, navigate stairways, and work at heights up to 90 ft using ladders, scaffolds, or lifts is required. Employees must access restricted areas such as switchgear rooms, vaults, tunnels, and crawl spaces, and wear full PPE. Good vision, hearing, and accurate color identification are required. Some job sites may lack food facilities, requiring employees to bring meals and snacks.
