Job Description

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all phases of large-scale building envelope repair projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage construction projects from start to finish Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and clients. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in construction project management Strong knowledge of relevant construction methods, materials, and regulations High Mechanical Aptitude Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - written and oral Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel, Google platforms (gmail, Drive, etc) Ability to lead teams and drive results OSHA-30 Certification Preferred Skills Massachusetts Construction Supervisor's License Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar) Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
