As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solar Project Manager to join our team.

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Create detailed project schedules and timelines. Coordinate site assessments and feasibility studies. 2. Team Coordination Assign tasks to engineers, installers, and other team members. Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers. Manage cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and operations. 3. Budget and Cost Management Estimate project costs and develop budgets. Monitor expenses to ensure projects remain within budget. Handle procurement of solar panels, inverters, and other materials. 4. Permitting and Compliance Oversee acquisition of permits and approvals (e.g., interconnection, zoning). Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Coordinate with utility companies for grid connection. 5. Client Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Provide updates, answer questions, and manage expectations. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. 6. Risk Management Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site. 7. Execution and Quality Control Supervise on-site installation activities. Ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Conduct inspections and testing before project handoff. 8. Project Closeout and Reporting Finalize project documentation. Prepare and deliver post-project reports. Oversee commissioning and handover to the client or operations team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing solar installation projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of permitting, compliance, and quality standards in solar.
