Job Overview We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background, particularly in construction or manufacturing, and demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. As a Project Manager, you'll collaborate with team members and stakeholders, navigate challenges, and drive project success. Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while meeting or exceeding quality standards. Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates, addressing concerns, and managing stakeholder expectations. Implement conflict management strategies to resolve any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives and deadlines. Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in project management with a solid understanding of project life cycles and construction phases. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project coordination tools such as Procore, Tekla, and ERP software is preferred . Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
