What You'll Do As a Project Manager, you will oversee complex industrial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, serving as a key leader across multiple work fronts and a trusted partner to our clients. At Curry Construction, your success will be measured by your ability to consistently deliver safe, high-quality projects on time, within budget, and with strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Lead day-to-day project operations across multiple scopes and work fronts with a focus on safety, quality, schedule, and cost control Interpret and manage construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation Conduct pre-construction planning with Estimating, Purchasing, Operations, and Accounting Coordinate multiple subcontractors, crews, and vendors while maintaining high performance and safety standards Communicate manpower and equipment needs using company reporting tools Develop, maintain, and execute the project master schedule Provide consistent project updates and daily narratives to customers and internal teams Ensure full compliance with all plans, specifications, local codes, and jurisdictional requirements Coordinate inspections with local authorities Manage complex project budgets and collaborate with Accounting to track performance, forecasts, and job cost reporting Immediately report safety concerns, incidents, or injuries in accordance with company safety procedures Maintain complete and accurate project records, including revisions and specifications Conduct final project walk-throughs and ensure client satisfaction Projects may be located regionally or nationally, depending on business needs What We're Looking For We're seeking professionals who take pride in their work, lead by example, and bring a positive, solution-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications & Success Indicators:

• Proven project ownership — a track record of managing construction projects from planning through closeout with accountability for schedule, cost, and quality
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex construction projects — multiple stakeholders, schedules, and scopes of work
• Strong leadership presence — able to direct subcontractors and crews with professionalism, clarity, and respect
• E xcellent organizational and communication skills — capable of managing multiple priorities, documenting work accurately, and keeping all stakeholders aligned
• Problem-solving mindset — anticipates issues and takes action before they impact safety, schedule, or budget
• Experience in industrial construction preferred, or comparable commercial construction experience
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications with confidence
• Working knowledge of construction scheduling, cost tracking, and job cost reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field , or equivalent hands-on construction management experience
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism , consistently acting in alignment with Curry Construction's core values of stewardship, integrity, respect, and learning
