Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate bridge fabrication projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee diverse projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of steel fabrication processes, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. Salary is negotiable. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all aspects of projects with customers, subcontractors, detailers and operations. Strong understanding of scope of work for the project and contract drawings. Coordinate with detailers, customers and operations to monitor the progress of drawings, revisions and RFIs. Review and provide pricing for change orders requests and negotiate with General Contractors, Construction Managers and/or owners. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to verify work aligns with design intent and technical requirements. Prepare paperwork relating to project including purchase orders, invoices and all required quality documents. Coordinate scheduling of production and delivery of materials with customer and operations. Manages the coating subcontractors as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within the construction industry. Solid understanding of construction estimating techniques and contract administration. Hands-on experience with construction site activities including blueprint reading and schematics interpretation. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of construction safety standards and site regulations. Ability to read technical drawings accurately and communicate complex information clearly.
