Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and procurement activities. Track and manage job costs, forecasts, and financial performance. Conduct site visits to verify progress and ensure contract compliance. Communicate clearly with field teams, office personnel, clients, and partners. Identify risks early and implement solutions to maintain project momentum.
