Job Summary Senior Construction Project Manager Worth Construction Co. Inc. a leading high-quality Commercial Contractor based in Fairfield County, CT seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to work in the Tri-State area. The candidate must have at least 10 years' experience working in industrial and commercial field operations. The applicant must have hands-on working knowledge of all phases of general construction from planning to completion including scheduling expertise. Competitive salary and excellent benefits. PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction-management project; as well as mentoring multiple Project Managers and Engineers.
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Senior Project Manager typical responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to the following: Direct and supervise work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities Produce all elements of project execution plan and implement Provide jobsite leadership in the area of safety and quality Maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, etc. Qualifications and Skills
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION BS OR MS
degree in Engineering or Construction Management 10-15 years in the lead role on projects valued at $30-100 million or larger Or equivalent combination of education and experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
