POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the end-to-end execution of qualitative market research projects, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a high level of quality and consistency. Project Managers play a critical role in shaping the client's experience—bringing clarity, organization, and proactive communication to every stage of the project lifecycle. Success in this role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage 12-15 qualitative research projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear, proactive communication and guidance throughout the project lifecycle Partner with Recruiting teams to ensure project requirements, quotas, and timelines are clearly understood and executed against Provide accurate, real-time reporting on recruitment progress, quotas, and project status Monitor all aspects of project execution, identifying risks, gaps, or changes and driving timely resolution Manage project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure operational and financial accuracy Adapt to evolving project needs, maintaining flexibility while ensuring delivery expectations are met Liaise across internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, clarity, and accountability at every stage Apply a strong understanding of feasibility, cost, and margin when making project decisions or recommendations Ensure compliance with healthcare research requirements, including adverse event protocols and client-specific guidelines Escalate risks appropriately and partner with ADPMs to resolve complex challenges

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience:
2+ years of experience in market research, project management, or a related field preferred Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills required
