Job Description:
Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale projects from the concept through to completion. Success in this role will be measured by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality, internal coordination and customer satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities 1. Project Planning and Scheduling
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that detail the scope, timelines, resource allocation, and milestones
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to establish and manage project schedules
  • Monitor and adjust project plans as necessary to accommodate changes in scope, timelines, or resources
  • Coordinate kick-off calls and facilitate weekly meetings focused on key deliverables.
  • Participate in discovery and design phases as needed to jumpstart project learning and coordination 2. Budget Management and Cost Control
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring all financial aspects are aligned with project objectives and constraints
  • Track project expenses and perform cost control activities to ensure projects are delivered within budget
  • Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders
  • Work directly with Engineers, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to optimize cost and innovation. 3. Risk Management and Problem Solving
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively
  • Resolve project-related issues and conflicts promptly to minimize impact on project performance
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle 4. Communication and Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring clarity and consistency
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners, customers, vendors, and internal team members to facilitate effective collaboration
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and any changes to the project plan 5. Professional Development
  • Keeps current with new project management best practices
  • Other duties as requested Essential Education, Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing large-scale projects
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to professionally hold teams accountable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of energy
