Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinates with Staking Engineer to develop project timelines and cost estimates for construction and maintenance projects. Maintains communication with involved parties during the planning and construction phases of projects. Responsible for production, quality and quantity of work, safety of crew, follow up on outages or potential problems on the system. Provides a written status report of all open Picatinny projects on a regular basis. Performs engineering studies and evaluations as assigned. Keeps informed of technical developments outside the cooperative through study of technical literature, attendance at appropriate meetings and training classes. Assists Director of Engineering and Operations in preparation of annual budget, including recommendations for automation, system improvements, contractor work and system maintenance.

Job Requirements:

EDUCATION

A minimum of a high school diploma is required. Additional experience, academic or technical training in electric theory, management and supervision is preferred. Individual will also be required to continue his education in technical and supervisory skills.

EXPERIENCE

A minimum of ten years of supervisory/management experience, with at least five years of electrical experience is desired.

Pay:

$115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
