Job Description:

Position Description and Job SkillSet Description of the job functions the contractor will be expected to perform. The Project Manager willmanage vendor execution against contract scope,schedule, deliverables, and quality expectations. The Project Manager will maintain a structured cadence for status reporting, action tracking, and escalation. The Project Manager must identify performance risksand drive corrective actions with the vendor.

Project scope:

Courts is having a custom case management system built; this PM will work between the vendor building the system and Courts to keep the project on task. They will also be migrating data from an old Legacy system to MS Dynamics. Required Skills/Experience Provide the minimum required skills and/or experience the contractor must possess to qualify for this position. These requirements will be transferred to the ScoreSheet and candidates without these requirements reflected on theirresume will NOT be presented to the manager for consideration. Minimum 5 years of project management experience with direct vendor oversight. Must haveexperience with complex IT/software implementation projects. Project kick off will occur the first week of July 2026, contractor must be available to start by the last week of June in the event there are pre-kick off meetings. Preferred/Not Required Provide any skills/experience that would be helpful forthe candidate to possess but not required.

Examples:

Previous supervisory experience, WebLogic experience helpful, etc. PMP preferred. Agile certification preferred. Previous Dynamics experience preferred. Scoring Method Criteria Score Percentage Must equal100%

Prior Experience:

experience on projects valued at $10,000 or greater, where the candidate had day-to-day responsibility for managing vendor performance against scope, schedule, quality, and deliverables. 15%

Vendor Management:

Demonstrated experience leading vendor oversight activities. 25%

Hands-on Execution:

Demonstrated the ability to independently maintain and drivean integrated projectschedule, complete weeklystatus reporting and executive summaries, and track actions/decisions. 25%

Communication and Facilitation:

Demonstrated the ability to facilitate meetings withmixed business and technical stakeholders. 25%

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 10%
