Job Description

What You'll Be Doing:
We're looking for a Project Manager who combines technical capability with strong communication skills. In this role, you'll manage timelines and budgets while serving as the main point of coordination between our clients, field teams, and project stakeholders. It's a position for someone who communicates clearly, leads effectively, and values both team development and project delivery.
What You Bring:
Industry Experience:
4+ years managing projects in commercial construction - experience in commercial drywall and metal framing required.
Communication & Relationship Skills:
You build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and work well in a team environment with multiple moving parts.
Leadership:
A track record of leading crews effectively - driving accountability, morale, and results through mentorship.
Technical Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with project management platforms, estimating tools, scheduling software, and project documentation.
Client Focus:
You anticipate client needs and consistently deliver work that supports long-term relationships.
Adaptability:
You adjust quickly when project conditions change and keep your team steady through complex situations.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of commercial drywall projects from preconstruction planning through final close-out. Build and manage detailed project schedules, keeping crews aligned and milestones on track. Monitor and control project costs, identifying efficiencies without sacrificing quality. Serve as the primary liaison for clients, architects, and subcontractors, providing responsive and professional service. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies before issues escalate. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, support field teams, and maintain crew cohesion. Coach and develop project staff. Ensure thorough project documentation and full compliance with applicable safety and quality standards.
