Company Overview :
Geo4 Dynamics is deploying a revolutionary technology that up-cycles any waste stream through molecular recycling into usable products and assets such as heat, steam, and water. This approach is an environmentally friendly and cost-effective alternative to traditional processing of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW), such as landfilling and incineration.Position Overview :
The primary role of this position is to lead and support all aspects of various construction projects. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the construction project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Project Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and clients, to ensure the successful delivery of the project.Responsibilities :
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various construction projects Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project. Other duties as assigned.Specific Skills/Abilities :
Strong project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency in project management software. Knowledge of construction processes and regulations. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills.Education/Experience :
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. PMP certification preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management. Experience with large-scale construction projects preferred. Military service is a plus. Self-starter, willing to learn, and able to work with minimal supervision.Job Type:
