Project Manager Construction

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive project success through strategic planning, effective coordination, and rigorous management of resources. As a key leader in our construction team, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. Duties Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets Ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and safety regulations Review plans, specifications, and contracts Track progress and provide regular updates to clients and management Resolve issues and delays efficiently

Qualifications:

Proven experience in construction project management Strong knowledge of residential/commercial construction processes Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in project management software is a plus Valid driver's license Proficient in Excel Experience working with AIA contracts and documents required 5+ years of experience Bilingual Spanish & English)
