Project Manager Qualifications:

5 years prior commercial construction experience AIA billing experience Procore experience Experience working with subcontractors GMP contract and billing experience

Project Manager Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently with solid decision making skills. Must be well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Strong software skills to include MS Office.

Preferred Experience:
