Panel/Stakeholders) Must-Haves Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field 3+ years of documented capital equipment project management experience Experience managing medium to large capital projects end-to-end Proficiency with MS Project and formal project methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) Experience with contract preparation and review Strong financial skills: capital budgeting, ROI analysis, financial modeling Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, finance, procurement) AutoCAD or drafting software experience Plusses Experience with automation initiatives Exposure to Industry 4.0 / digital manufacturing concepts Global project or stakeholder coordination experience Day-to-Day Manage capital investment projects aligned to business strategy Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget Own and prioritize a portfolio of capital projects Coordinate with local and global stakeholders and teams Prepare contracts and secure legal, EHS, and leadership approvals Allocate and manage project resources and budgets Lead cross-functional project teams across multiple functions Ensure smooth handoff of completed projects to Quality, Maintenance, and Operations Track and report project status to steering committees Drive continuous process improvements aligned with operations strategy Partner with technical and applications teams for project support Monitor market trends and support sales planning and tracking Support development of training materials, events, and marketing coordination Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager for a top industrial/manufacturing client.
