  • $145,000 + Company Vehicle + Bonus + Benefits Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for leading day to day execution of luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through completion.
This role manages schedules, budgets, subcontractors, quality control, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered with precision and predictability. The ideal candidate has 4 to 10 years of experience managing high end residential construction, strong field leadership skills, and the ability to operate with organization and accountability in a fast paced, luxury custom building environment.
Key Responsibilities:
 Project Execution Manage day to day construction activities across assigned projects Maintain and actively manage detailed project schedules and critical path items Oversee job site quality control and enforce company standards Identify and resolve field issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns Ensure projects are delivered on time and within approved budgets Preconstruction Coordination Coordinate architectural plans, engineering, design documents, and specifications to prepare accurate scopes of work Improve pricing workflows and ensure trade partners receive complete and clear bid packages Work closely with the owner to refine preconstruction processes and deliver high quality proposals Vendor and Trade Management Coordinate subcontractor scheduling and sequencing Ensure trades understand scope expectations and quality standards Maintain job site cleanliness and professional standards Verify completed work prior to payment approvals Enforce insurance compliance and safety standards Budget and Cost Controls Track project budgets and review cost reports regularly Approve invoices and manage change orders Communicate cost impacts clearly and promptly Monitor allowances and selections to maintain financial control Client Communication Serve as the primary point of contact during construction Conduct regular client updates and job site meetings Maintain organized documentation and communication records Deliver a structured and professional client experience Systems and Process Adherence Utilize Buildertrend and other internal systems consistently Maintain accurate daily logs, schedules, and financial tracking Contribute to process improvements and operational refinement Qualifications 4 to 10 years of experience managing residential construction projects Direct experience building luxury custom homes is required Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, sequencing, and field coordination Experience with Buildertrend, Procore, Bluebeam, and estimating platforms preferred Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Strong communication skills with both clients and trades Ability to work on site in the Fort Worth area Compensation Competitive salary based on experience Performance based bonuses Company provided truck Health and dental insurance Paid time off Company provided technology and tools Long term growth opportunity within a high end custom homebuilding company
