• Grid Components, you will lead complex, high-impact initiatives within the Grid Components Business Unit, playing a central role in delivering projects that support reliable and efficient energy systems.

In this position, you will thrive at the intersection of technical delivery and collaboration, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will take ownership of the full project lifecycle—from quote handoff through closeout—while acting as the primary connection between customers and project teams. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
