Job Description
About Us We are a growing construction company specializing in healthcare, higher education, and commercial projects. Our team is young, driven, and highly collaborative, with a strong reputation for quality, responsiveness, and client trust. We're looking for a Project Manager who can step into more complex healthcare environments, take ownership of projects, and grow with us long-term. The Role As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, with a strong focus on healthcare and occupied environments. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in fast-paced, detail-driven projects. Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall project strategy Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Lead RFIs, submittals, procurement, and document control processes Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure quality and schedule adherence Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications Support field teams and maintain strong communication between office and site Healthcare Experience (Highly Valued) Experience with any of the following is a strong plus: Healthcare or hospital construction projects Work in occupied environments
MRI / CT
replacements or imaging equipment coordination Infection control (ICRA), phasing, and shutdown planning AHCA or similar regulatory environments Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in construction project management Experience managing commercial or healthcare projects preferred Strong understanding of construction drawings, scopes, and contracts Proficiency in tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project (or similar) Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively Strong communication and organizational skills Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach What We're Looking For Someone who takes ownership and doesn't need to be micromanaged Comfortable in fast-paced environments with multiple moving parts Strong communicator who can manage clients and teams confidently Looking to grow into more complex, higher-level projectsPay:
