This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on project leader who wants to manage heavy civil, site work, and remedial construction projects while joining a collaborative team that values quality work, employee recognition, career growth, and work-life balance. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager/ Heavy Civil position include: 5+ years of industry experience in heavy civil, site work, remedial construction, environmental construction, or related project management Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or an environmental-related earth science field preferred Must be able to estimate heavy civil jobs, including quantity takeoffs, subcontractor/vendor quote requests, proposal preparation, and quote comparisons Proficiency with CAD surface modeling such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or Trimble Business Center required Manage project planning, field execution, scopes of work, schedules, preconstruction submittals, purchase orders, task orders, and contract documentation Coordinate field oversight with construction managers, superintendents, craft personnel, technical staff, administrative personnel, and subcontractors Perform cost tracking, prepare change orders, update construction schedules using critical path tools such as MS Project, and monitor project budgets Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record required;

HAZWOPER

40-hour, PE, PG, QSP, QSD, GPS surveying, and grade-checking experience preferred but not required

Salary:

$110,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
